Wonderful summer house in Köpingsvik, where you can enjoy the proximity to the sea and the wonderful view. The house is located just before Lundegård's camping with only 200 m down to the beach where you can enjoy shallow swimming or a dip from the pier. Along the beach promenade you come to Köpingsvik with its restaurants and larger beaches or to Lundegård's camping where you have a summer restaurant, bakery and small shop. The house's terrace is equipped with various luxurious outdoor furniture such as dining table, lounge furniture and sun loungers. Best of all, you have a view of the ocean. The house has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen, dining room and living room where you can socialize, light a fire in the stove or just enjoy the view (bring your own firewood). You have many beds, in the big house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 equipped with a double bed, and one with a family bunk bed. If you want additional sleeping accommodation, there is an annex with 2 bunk beds.
