To the other side a few steps lead down to a good size sitting room with a kitchen and a dining area. A leather sofa and armchairs are good for the six people, and there is a direct access to a large outdoor terrace which has stunning views over the countryside. The country kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and tableware. A bathroom/washing machine is also on the ground floor. The first floor has three double bedrooms which share a bathroom. The three bedrooms have comfortable new double beds and a lot of wardrobe space and lovely views. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The villa has two private bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub. Outside shower as well as toilet are at the guests disposal. This VIlla can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. The beach is just a few minutes drive away and is clean and very uncrowded, and if you drive five minutes in the opposite direction, you will find some exceptional restaurants in Ston and Mali Ston. The nearest beach is 1 km away from the villa while the nearest shop and restaurant can be found in approx 5 km range. Dubrovnik Airport is 70 km away from the property.
