Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and excursion destinations. There are nice cycle paths on the entire Bjäre Peninsula. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing license required. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the west are all the coast's small fishing harbors and bathing beaches from Ängelholm to Torekov. Your nearest golf course is Båstads Golfklubb.
